My Story

My story is far from conventional. At 17, I left school behind and plunged into the corporate world. When you’re suddenly immersed in the real world, you quickly learn that success will only come from your own blood, sweat, and tears.

By the age of twenty-one, I found myself embracing the role of a single mother. A year later, I landed a job as a receptionist for a non-profit organization. This was just the beginning, as I steadily climbed the corporate ladder over the years, transitioning from Receptionist to Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, and eventually a leader in executive operations. With each new role, I honed my skills, juggled multiple responsibilities, and became a master of adaptation.

Throughout my nearly two-decade journey, I've worn many hats: writer, editor, travel planner, scheduler, sounding board, mentor, and project manager. I've been promoted at every company I’ve worked for, contributed to building companies from the ground up, and acquired new skills at every turn. However, beyond my personal achievements, I discovered a deeper calling: empowering fellow Executive Assistants through coaching.

This led me to launch eaCurious Coaching, a company dedicated to helping executive assistants who feel unseen and unheard. As an EA coach, I bring my real-world experience and practical strategies to the table. Having walked in your shoes and overcome similar obstacles, I deeply understand the corporate world's challenges and am here to guide you through them.
