Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Prior to purchasing a package, we offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you choose the best option for your needs. During the consultation, we can discuss your goals and determine if eaCurious Coaching is the right fit for your career development. Payment is required in full prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel a session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and we will reschedule the session for a later date. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will forfeit the session without the option to reschedule. eaCurious Coaching and Client agree to maintain confidentiality of all information exchanged during the coaching services, including proprietary materials, strategies, and discussions. Both parties recognize the sensitive nature of this information and agree not to disclose, share, or distribute it to any third parties without explicit consent. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the eaCurious Coaching Website, as well as any information, resources, or materials shared during the course of our coaching services, are the sole and exclusive property of eaCurious Coaching. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the provided materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. eaCurious Coaching does not guarantee specific results or improvements, as these depend on factors such as the client's dedication, engagement, and individual circumstances. The coaching process aims to provide guidance, support, and resources to help clients achieve their goals, but the ultimate outcome is influenced by the client's own efforts and actions. eaCurious Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our coaching services or materials. The Company's total liability for any claim under these terms and conditions will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the coaching services. Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions with eaCurious Coaching at any time, with no further charges incurred after the current billing period. By booking a coaching session with eaCurious Coaching, you agree to these terms and conditions.
