Cancellation Policy
Free Discovery Call Terms and Conditions Free discovery calls are available to new clients only and are subject to availability. Calls are limited to 30 minutes and must be scheduled in advance. The purpose of the call is to discuss your coaching needs and determine if eaCurious Coaching's services are a good fit. We value punctuality and respect for each other's time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your session. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice and do not join within 10 minutes of the agreed-upon time, the appointment will be canceled. No coaching advice will be provided during the discovery call. If you decide to proceed with coaching, payment for individual or bundled sessions must be made in full prior to scheduling your first session. All information shared during the discovery call will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent. By scheduling a free discovery call, you agree to these terms and conditions.
